Ireland (as in the Irish Republic, or Poblacht ne hÉireann in Irish) has two officiall languages, Irish and English (or Gaeilge and Bearla as they are called in the Irish language). English is spoken by almost all the population with the usage of Irish being predominately confined to the west coast but with other isolated pockets in the country.
