He died as he deserved: pancreatic cancer, "The Grandaddy of All Pain." This man was a war criminal, a mass murderer of innocent Japanese civilians, and a virulent anti-communist who advocated a preemptive nuclear strike against the Soviet union lest they obtained the secrets to the atomic bomb. He should have been hanged. As a mathhematician he was a genius. As a human, he was a dismal failure.
