Still, it looks just like any other couscous I've seen. My couscous also says it's made from durum wheat, which apparently has a high protein content.
Actually, couscous is a pasta, not a grain. It is made by mixing semolina (coarsely ground durum wheat) and water, and then shaping into the little "grains" of pasta.
A lot of your answers are wrong it is actually Bulghar wheat not semolina and when it is soaked and turned in to cous cous the dish is generally called Tabouleh.
